Yada Yahowah Series – An Introduction to God

Dabarym • Words

We are beginning life’s most noble quest – a rite of passage which will take us from the world we know to the Creator of the universe. To begin, we will courageously withdraw from the confusing and caustic influence of religion and politics, cultural morés and conspiracies. Liberated, we will travel through dimensions greater than time using words, evidence, and reason…

“He who dwells (yashab) within the shelter (ba sether) of God (‘elyown), by the likeness (ba tsel) of the One who is Sufficient (Shaday), will abide through the darkest hours (luwyn). Concerning Yahowah (la YaHoWaH), he says (‘amar) ‘I trust (machseh ‘any) and depend upon (netsach) my God (‘elohay ‘any), relying on Him (ba huw’ batach).’ Therefore (ky), He will defend you (huw’ natsal ‘atah) from the contrived plots, influence, and false narratives (min pach) of those who entice others (yaquwsh), and from the plague of (min deber) malicious threats (hawah). His love and mercy are your (chesed ‘al ‘atah) shield to keep you cool and collected under fire (tsinah). And His consistent nature (wa ‘emeth huw’) is a valued defense (sochorah). Pause and reflect on this (selah).

You will not be intimidated by (lo’ yare’) terrorism or dread this darkness (min pachad laylah), or the pandemic (qeteb) ravaging (shadad) at midday (tsaharaym), or even the pestilence of sickening words (deber) which travel (halak) among the unenlightened (ba ‘opel). A thousand (wa ‘eleph) will fall, prostrating themselves, and die (naphal) as foes beside you (min tsad ‘atah), and (wa) many thousands more (‘eleph wa rababah) as a result of (min) your influence (yamyn), but this will not prevail against you (lo’ taqa’).

You will observe (nabat raq) with your eyes (ba ‘ayn), being shown (ra’ah) the consequence (shilumah) of religion (rasha’) as He directs (ky tsawah) His spiritual envoys (mal’ak) to keep watch over you (la shamar) in every way (ba kol derek). I will have them support you (nasa’ ‘atah), preventing you from being tripped up (pen nagaph ba) in your stance (regel ‘atah) against what has been set in stone (ha ‘eben).

To Me (ba ‘any), he is lovingly attached because we enjoy the same things (chashaq). And so, I will keep him safe (wa palet huw’), empowering him to successfully accomplish the mission (sagab huw’) because (ky) he will come to actually know and accurately reveal (yada’) My name (shem). He reads My pronouncements (qara’ ‘any) so I respond to him (wa ‘anah huw’). I am with him (huw’ ‘im ‘any) against the Adversary (ba tsarah), equipping him (chalats huw’) and promoting him (wa kabed huw’), to show the means (wa ra’ah) to salvation (ba yashuw’ah).” (Mizmowr / Lyrics / Psalm 91:1-16)

Mitswah • Instructions

To understand the Mitswah | Instructions, we must turn to Yahowah’s Towrah | Teaching, where Moseh revealed the value of observing them…

“You should observe (wa shamar) His clearly communicated prescriptions of what we should do to be cut into the relationship (choq huw’) in addition to the instructive conditions regarding what He is offering and what He expects in return (mitswah huw’) which, to enjoy the benefits (‘asher), I have provided as instructions and directions for you (‘anoky tsawah ‘atah) this day (ha yowm).

Then, as a result of the relationship (‘asher), He will be good to you and accepting of you (yatab la ‘atah), and of your children (wa la beny ‘atah) after you (‘achar ‘atah), while also (wa la ma’an) elongating your days (‘arak yowmym) on the earth (‘al ha ‘adamah) which (‘asher) Yahowah (Yahowah), your God (‘elohym ‘atah), is giving to you (nathan la ‘atah) for all time (kol ha yowmym).” (Dabarym / Words / Deuteronomy 4:40)

“This is (wa zo’th) the Towrah | Guidance (ha Towrah) which (‘asher) He placed before (sym la paneh) Moseh (Mosheh) and the Children of Yisra’el (beny Yisra’el). This is (‘el leh) the enduring Witness and restoring Testimony (‘eduwth), the clearly communicated prescriptions for living (wa ha choq), along with the ways to execute good judgment regarding the means to correctly resolve disputes (wa ha mishpat) which (‘asher) Moseh (Mosheh) spoke to (dabar ‘el) the Yisra’elites (beny Yisra’el) when they came out (ba yatsa’ hem min) of the Crucibles of Religious and Political Oppression (Mitsraym).” (Dabarym / Words / Deuteronomy 4:44-45)

“He has established (quwm) the eternal Witness and restoring Testimony (‘eduwth) with (ba) Ya’aqob (Ya’aqob) by having constituted and placed (suwm) the Towrah (Towrah) with (ba) Yisra’el (Yisra’el). For the benefit of the relationship (‘asher), He provided directions (tsawah) to our fathers (‘eth ‘ab ‘anachnuw) to make this known (la yada’ hem) to their children (la ben hem), (Mizmowr 78:5) explicitly for (la ma’an) the last (‘acharown) generation (dowr), for children yet unborn (ben yalad), to rise up and support (quwm) this written record which is documented in a series of books (saphar) for their descendants (la ben hem).” (Mizmowr / Song / Psalm 78:6)

Towrah Mizmowr

God inspired the Towrah, doing so to yarah | teach and guide us. He has provided the instructions we need to follow Him Home…

“Yahowah (YaHoWaH) said (‘amar) to (‘el) Moseh (Mosheh), ‘Under the auspices of freewill, choose to come up (‘alah) to Me (‘el ‘any) on the mountain (ha har). Choose of your own volition to be (hayah) here (sham) because I want to give to you (wa nathan la ‘atah) the Tablets of Stone (‘eth luwach ha ‘eben) along with (wa) the Towrah (ha Towrah), including (wa) the terms and conditions of the relationship (ha mitswah) which, for the benefit of the relationship (‘asher), I have written (kathab) to teach and guide them (la yarah hem).’” (Shemowth / Names / Exodus 24:12)

Dowd | David, whom Yahowah consistently called tsadaq | right, and thus vindicated, recognized that, by considering the Towrah, he would be prepared to meet every challenge without wavering. He sang…

“Properly guided and happy, advancing along the straightforward path, making progress by being led in the right direction while shown how to receive the benefits of the relationship and to get the most out of life (‘ashery) is the Way (derek) to becoming perfected, entirely right, and without limitation, innocent, healthy, whole and complete, unimpaired and impeccable, honest and correct (tamym). Such are those who walk (ha halak) in (ba) the Towrah | Teaching and Guidance (Towrah) of Yahowah (YaHoWaH).” (Mizmowr / Song / Psalm 119:1)

“I genuinely love (‘ahab) Your Towrah | Teaching and Guidance (Towrah).

As a promise each day (sheba’ ba ha yowm), I radiate Your light (halal ‘atah) upon (‘al) Your correct and vindicating (tsedeq ‘atah) means to achieve justice and resolve disputes (mishpat).

Magnificent is the means to reconciliation, abundant is the salvation, extensive is the peace and prosperity, great is the friendship and companionship, highly valued is the blessing and satisfaction, plentiful is the abounding contentment (shalowm rab) for those who love (la ‘ahab) Your Towrah | Teaching and Guidance (Towrah ‘atah).

For them, there is no longer a reason to stumble or fail, there are no hindrances, offensive enticements, nor is there an inducement to be wrong (wa ‘ayin la hem mikshowl).” (Mizmowr / Song / Psalm 119:163-165)
